Valley Free Radio will host its annual meeting on Wednesday, October 18 from 7-9 pm at the Media Education Foundation meeting room on 60 Masonic Street in Northampton, MA. (…)

An announcement of board candidates must be made today to comply with our bylaws, yet many of those nominated at the general membership meeting have not responded to the nominations committee to accept or decline. (…)

My apologies to those who attended the last general meeting–I said that nominees could be added up to 21 days before the election, but the bylaws actually say 30 days (I confused it with notice of the annual meeting, which needs to be announced 21 days in advance.)
So, the nominations are effectively closed. (…)

On Sunday August 20th an issue of the Valley War Bulletin was found in the Master Control Room of the Valley Free Radio with Swastikas marked on the foreheads of several VFR members/programmers, including one woman and one person of color. (…)
