This form includes any meetings attended.
2010 VFR Re-Application Form
This form will no longer be available after the cut off date.
All programs on VFR, even those wanting Pay to Play or currently are Play to Play,
must fill out this form.
What is Pay to Play?
Pay to Play
This option is for those folks who know they wont qualify for re-approval during the 2010 VFR Program Re-Application process.
* A show that is currently on the air may elect to become a pay-to-play show.
* Payment is required in advance quarterly.
* The fee for the year beginning November 1, 2010 is $125 per quarter
(Feb 1; May 1; Aug 1)
* There will be no scholarships for pay to play.
Terms of Pay to Play: Payment under this program does not include voting
rights and your program needs to participate in on-air fund drives. All
participants (programmers/guests/engineers/etc.) will comply with all
station policies and FCC guidelines.
Pay to Play programs do not need to pay the Yearly Membership Fee.
Pay to Play participation does not guarantee program air day or time.
