NEW Off-Air Volunteer Hours Reporting Form

Since the vote on the new programming policy, there is now a NEW Programming Off-Air Volunteer Hours Reporting Form to go with that.
It’s available here: http://www.valleyfreeradio.org/resources/programmer-documents/
Click on the sentence that says, Programmers Off-Air Volunteer Hours Reporting Form.
It will open up to the correct form.
Under current policy, 4 hours in one month or a minimum of 12 hours in 3 months is required.
Remember meetings count as work now.
