YES, WE DID!
Congrats to everyone who overcame the forces of the dark side. We’ve been doing the Bush Countdown on The Enviro Show since VFR came on the air over three years ago. Now, with only weeks to go before Darth Cheney and the boy emperor slip into the dustbin of history (unless, of course, some “event” requires them to declare marshal law and suspend the Constitution), we can finally see the light at the end of the long, long tunnel. And guess what: the light we see is not an oncoming train! No, it’s the light of hope; something we almost lost during the Bush era.
BUT, Darth, the boy emperor and their gruesome robo-fascist supporters are working overtime to destroy all the environmental and social safeguards that remain after eight years of Repugnican gutting. There is plenty of work still to do before the transition AND there will be lots more work during the Obama era to make sure folks in DC do as we try to do……which is: LISTEN TO YOUR MOTHER!

Never for get the aspect of the spirit world. Yesterday at an ATM in Amherst I typed in my pass code. It would not accept it but the other machine in the lobby started flasing “validating pin” It would not stop so I left knowing that the next being could arrive and take all my Terrifying Channeling WRPI? Scary Peace out. I don’t have any so it dosn’t mattter.
