1. Continue new Board member orientation (and if necessary contracts, designation of officers)
2. Update State incorporation document
3. Reconstitute VFR-Attorney liaison
4. New microphone – a) finish collecting ‘tax’, b) studio security questions
5. Continue volunteer coordination
6. CORI checks - Mary: I basically think that we need a policy in place to make sure it is not possible that any adult programmer would ever be alone with a programmer under 18. Without such a policy I think we would probably have to do CORI checks as a matter of law,not just because of concerns about liability. (And, there’s all sorts of reasons why CORI checks are not a great thing to get into including that it’s expensive for a small organization, although sometimes they are a necessary evil.) I could check out the legalities with the Criminal History Systems Board if you’d like me to do so.
