“Spare the Rock, Spoil the Child,” a weekly two-hour show on Valley Free Radio featuring great music for kids, is presenting a great live family concert.
Saturday, Nov. 18 - Lunch Money & Uncle Rock will play a live family show at the community arts space Flywheel Collective in Easthampton at 5:00. Lunch Money (http://lunchmoneymusic.com), an indie rock trio from South Carolina featuring members of the Verna Cannon, salutes roller coasters, pet dogs, helium balloons, and dizziness, while Uncle Rock (http://unclerock.com), who toured as part of the Fleshtones, draws inspiration from Woody Guthrie and Shel Silverstein. This family concert is $6 per person or just $10 per pair or family, complete with kid-friendly buffet. This show is part of Flywheel’s “Pancake Mountain” series.
