Minutes
- Store Ed Charla’s records at the studio in the closet.
- Patty will collect letters to new board members from departing board members and present them to next board.
- Potluck to start at 6 pm for Annual Meeting and election
- Patty was not able to attend last board meeting because space was not accessible due to disability. Patty was not able to attend the last two board meetings because space was not accessible due to disability. The board agreed that she would have the right to revisit any decisions made at these meetings because she was not included in any debates which may have occurred. It was also agreed that if we are ever forced to meet somewhere at the last minute the meeting will be cancelled if the alternative space is not accessible .
- Board supports Democracy Now! being moved to 5-6 to simplify station manager duties
- Board approves $500 for VFR members to attend People’s Institute workshop Nov 3-5 in Springfield. Bill will apply for Haymarket grant and announce to website and announcement listserve.
- Board recommends next board to survey organization members–contact info, committee memberships, program produced/collective membership, white/non-white status. Board also recommends new board take up African American Affairs Collective Challenges.

- Volunteer proposal–move toward consensus approval
- Retreat proposal–move toward consensus approval
- Grievance and Mediation Committee presents Code of Conduct creation for November
