The VFR General Membership meeting was held at MEF on Wednesday August 16th.

Minutes
- Nominations Committee: Richard Moody, Matt Dineen, Bill Baue. The membership also nominates Johanna Halbeisen, Seth Jackson, Jeremy Pisani, and Katherine K. to serve on the committee. They will be contacted in the above order to fill the 5 slots (though if at least two of these memberst accept, Bill Baue and Matt Dineen may resign).
- Volunteer Task Force proposal distributed and discussed. Further discussion and vote to occur at September GM.
- Accessibility: Board will contact Stavros about the city’s responsibility to improve accessibility.
- Transportation: Looking for external solutions seems to have hit a dead end. Membership will begin exploring in-house solutions.
