Prometheus Tanzania Film Saturday Night
Come to MEF on Satruday 5/27 at 7pm for a free screening of “The Spirit of Resistance.” This short film documents the work of the Prometheus Radio Project and a group of young people to build a community radio station in 10 days in a rural community in Tanzania – inspired in part by the rebel spirit of two of its residents, political exiles and former Black Panthers, and their organization, the United African Alliance Community Center.
